And what the size limits are? USPS site difficult to negotiate. What weight of paper is best?

I intend to send numerous post cards to Washington, the DofC. Subject will be how the repuks have screwed the country. Return address will be republican national committee.

1. I make postcards
using card stock. My printer jams if I use too thick stock, so I get the thinnest I can (65 weight, I believe). I use Microsoft Publisher, because it gives you templates you can modify anyway you want. Hope this helps.

4. USPS
I have used the USPS service to design, print, and mail out postcards, all from my computer. It is a nice service that allows you to get a lot done in a short time. Visit this link:

5. I think 110 lb stock is better if you can adjust your printer for it
I make them 4 1/4" by 5 1/2" on a regular 8 1/2" by 11" sheet, and cut them myself with a paper cutter. The latter is a very good investment for a serious activist, IMO.
