As you all may have heard, there is a bill in the HoR called the We the People Act. If you want the full version, go here:

The short version is that it will take away gays' and lesbians' Constitutional rights. Also, it will undercut many of the basic legal principles that the Constitution is built on. The attempt to amend the Constitution to ban gay marriage was one thing, but this is the final straw, in my opinion. Something needs to be done. Spread the word.

I'm planning on organizing a protest in Austin. Unfortunately, I live in Texas, but I do have a lot of channels of people that would do it. If anyone reading this has the capability and motivation, do something. Protest, send around a petition, do something. This goes over the line. We need to get off our asses and work to change this BS.
