2010: Agenda for Domination
How to take over the country after 2010

Have every Democrat in a Red State duck or under-report the 2010 census. Encourage heavy reporting on the census in Blue States.

Congressional Delegations, and therefore Electoral Votes shift.

Discuss.

1. Not that simple.
The Census Beauru(sp?) does the population counts, best way to artificially re-qpportion the electoral votes is to moves, preferably to a low population blue state: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Delaware, and Hawaii( All states with 3-5 EVs).
Those of you planning to leave the country should perhaps try this instead.
