Let the media know Americans agree with Jon Stewart
http://www.cnn.com/feedback/cnntv/

I agree with Jon Stewart that the media is hurting America.

I am sending the following comment to CNN. Lets amplify Stewarts complaint and let the media know he is not alone in his complaint.

"It is a sad state of affairs that it takes a Jon Stewart to speak up for average Americans and integrity in journalism.

With few exceptions, I find the media, including Crossfire, to be political hacks rather than responsible journalists. I would love to see responsible debate about real issues but that does not occur. That would require investigation, insight and objectivity, and it is much easier to mouth partisan soundbites and be led by political pundits into irrelevancy and smear campaigns.

The media and Crossfire have abandoned public trust that is so important for a healthy democracy in favor of corporate profit and partisan politics. Where is the voice of reason? What is America media coming to when the only voice of reason is from comedy shows?"

I agree with Jon Stewart. Please stop the partisan politics and corporate agendas. Return to real investigative journalism into real issues and respect truth instead of sensationalism. You are hurting America.

1. My note to CNN Crossfire.
Jon Stewart hit the nail on the head when he was on Crossfire. You guys are part of the problem, you aren't doing your job, and you are doing a disservice to the public. You guys are no better than FOX or MSNBC. Your news stories come straight from the government so that you can have embedded soldiers. You cowtow to corporate advertising dollars and present pundits and spin as "news". I've given up on CNN.

5. what I sent. short and sweet
I agree wholeheartedly with Jon Stewart. We are not being served by the MEDIA. Stop hurting America by spinning politcal one liners and slogans and putting partisan HACKs on the TV and caling it objective news. We want to hear about real issues, and we want YOU to hold their feet to the fire.

I was not an english major but they got the message I bet.
