Just got back from a Kerry campaign meeting in Delaware
There were about 50 people there at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers union hall. Most had never volunteered in a campaign before and one woman was a lifelong Republican, "until now" (which drew loud applause from the rest of us). Several were students too young to vote but willing to help. One guy is arranging a group of Delawareans (I think he said about 40) to go up into Pennsylvania to help the Kerry campaign there and I signed up for that.

Special note to any Delawarean DUer's: The campaign needs help putting the yard signs together, which just came in. If you want to help and get a yard sign as well, go to the Democratic Party's headquarters any time tomorrow. Maybe I'll see you there!

3. RE: Pennsylvania...
Is the race there tied now?

Didn't JK lead there by about 8 points and now it's tied?

VOTE KERRY. VOTE OFTEN.

4. Don't know, but
they have a lot more electoral votes than Delaware and have more wingnut-infested areas between the big cities.
