Dem party seeks activists for one volunteer weekend prior to ellection

Last week thousands of Democrats participated in "In It To Win It" week. Whether it was commenting on the blog, donating $20 to the DCCC, sharing the importance of the Campaign for a New Majority with friends or raising volunteers through Majority Makers, "In It To Win It" week can only be described as a GREAT SUCCESS.

"In It To Win It" week culminated in an amazing showing of grassroots support from over 800 Democratic Activists who gathered in 110 homes across America to raise needed funds for the Campaign for a New Majority and to listen to Leader Nancy Pelosi and Al Franken discuss what is really @Stake in this election. After this call and "In It To Win It" week, several things are clear - we are mobilized, motivated and ready to return Democratic control to the U.S. House of Representatives. But we need your help to get there!

Already this cycle we have won three special elections - two in Republican seats. We won each of these elections because we took the fight directly to the people and we put the feet on the street. We had the troops and activists mobilized to hit the neighborhoods and knock the doors. Now we are 62 days away from Election Day and we need the troops to join the fight again, but the activist army must grow.

We are mobilizing people from all across this country to join the DCCC on this November's "Road Trip for a New Majority". Democratic Activists from surrounding states are traveling to help targeted Congressional Races across the country. People are doing it in their own backyard too. The bottom line is this - we need your help.

We just need to know one thing! Are you In It To Win It? Can you volunteer the weekend before the election? If you can, then you only need to do one thing.
