How many think there will be a NE Babyboom?
Think about it! No power, people already hot and sweety, the want to release pined up emotions...
All the things needed to make a a blackout babyboom if you ask me!

The blackout in 1965 occured, if I am not mistaken, in November. People stayed inside under the blankets. Last night everyone was out in the street because of the heat, but I didn't see anyone with their clothes off.
