my uncle's deployment was extended AGAIN. Dammit.

well SHIT
hes stationed outside of fallujah, not a great place to be right now. it was originally supposed to be just a few month deployment in kuwait doing convoy runs into baghdad, then it was transfer to active convoy escort IN baghdad to outlying areas... then to fallujah. being a reservist his company originally left on a deployment that was just supposed to be a few months, its been about a year and a month now, this is the 5th time weve been told hes coming back, and hes still over there.

im pissed. as you would well imagine

sorry for the disorganized post... im not too focused tonight.

he left a very conservative republican, the other day, he told my aunt that his whole company along with most of the others on transportation duty have recoginzed that this war is only for money, the only thing that leaves the country is tankers full of iraqi oil on a truck with a large 'H' on the side of em. while im proud of him and his friends for recognizing that, id rather he be back here. that and i told him so (nervously lol)
