1. White Castle
in the Eastern US.

We don't have 'em here in CA, but they sell 'em frozen in the supermarket. Not quite the same, but it quenches the need.

11. My trivia pals wouldn't stop at white castle on the way to St. Louis...
because last time they went there Steinhauser ate a bunch of them and got the shits really bad. We had to go to Jack-in-the-box instead.

12. you wouldn't believe it JVS
But Jack-in the box is like a Canadian goal. Whenever we head to the US we look for one. Because we get all the ads, but there aren't any locations!
Once my bud and I wear bored, we went to Bellingham to find one.

Hey, when I'm drunk, I aint picky.

22. Several times, in college
....I learned my lesson about eating sweet stuff whilst drinking. Never again!

Well, I don't drink to excess any more--OK, rarely--and I"m off sugar (46 days now!) so it's not an issue at the moment.

23. Krystals
They're a White Castle like chain here in the South. Little square burgers with onion, pickle, and mustard all steamed together. Second drunk food was my old favorite from a decade ago, Denny's, but they all closed here in Chattanooga and back in Birmingham.

Also, for those that have What-a-burger franchises, they rock when drunk, too.

28. Cheese Sticks from Gumby's
Almost a college tradition at U of Iowa.
Far from great when sober, but add it on top of several drinks and you'll be one happy drunk.

The mystery psuedo-meat product. Comes in a convenient cellophane wrapping, which can also be ingested when smashed beyond universally accepted limits.
