Best move of the NFL Offseason
Edited on Fri Apr-09-04 06:34 PM by Champ
Broncos ship Deltha O'neal, 24th pick, 4th round pick to Cinncinatti for the 17th pick in the draft. WOOHOO!!!! Lee Evans, Vince Wilfork, Kevin Jones, (maybe) Reggie Williams, D.J. Williams should now all be available for Denver. I can see them picking a DT, OLB, RB, or WR with their first round pick.

1. I'm biased
(as are, apparently, you ;) ) but I think the Dolphins are going to be real pleased with AJ Feeley.

What's the deal with Droughns? Is he sticking with the Donkeys?

5. I think David Boston was the better move for Miami
Edited on Fri Apr-09-04 06:54 PM by Champ
then A.J. Feeley. Miami definately needs a better starting QB. About Droughns, he can leave or stay for all I care. Denver already has 7 running backs as it is. Actually Feeley may be a good fit, after looking at his stats, when he was given an opportunity to play he played solid.

8. agreed
if David Boston can regain his 2002 stats, then Miami would have great wideout threats. I am torn with Fiedler. Until the end of last year, he was consistantly winning. Just did not have the numbers and is prone to injuries. Miami went out and got a better passing QB with Greise last year and we see how that turned out. I hope Feeley can fill the void left at QB ever since Marino retired.

3. The Pack retained all 22 starters
Plus most of their key subs, plus acquired a new safety, whose name escapes me. They did lose their punter

In this day of salary caps and free agency, thats almost a miracle

10. was it Dallas that picked up Drew Hensen?
he sucked at baseball, but probably would have been drafted highly if he'd gone the football route . . . if he hasn't lost his touch and develops into a star QB, he may ultimately be the best deal . . . a long shot to be sure, but sometimes long shots come in . . .
