LTTE = Letter to the Editor
PNAC = Project for a New American Century, neo-con think tank Wolfie, Rummy, Newt, Perle, Cheney, Weber and other chickenhawks.

Project for the New American Century -- a neocon organization dedicated to spreading "American influence" around the world. In other words, American domination. The main "intellectual" backbone of Bush's international "policy."

They advocate proactive use of the military as a means of "spreading democracy." Iraq was PNAC's first real-world test and to say the least, it's not going too well.

I'm not familiar with the other term.
