Any wild flower fans out there? I have acres of trout lilies, bloodroot
and Dutchman's Breeches all over our woods, along with some small, low-growing, ferny-leafed little tiny 5-petaled white flower. Also something that looks as though it might turn out to be lily of the valley, but does that grow wild?
No idea what the tiny white things are. Hoping we may have a few Ladyslipper orchids hiding somewhere, I would be in heaven!

2. That sounds so beautiful!
I am a total wildflower junkie (just for looking at, not for picking).

We have violets growing wild all over the place that are blooming right now...they're gorgeous.

3. I have white violets...
in one part of my lawn.

I was wondering if acidic soil would make them white instead of blue...like with hydrangeas.

Do you know?

4. No, I think they just come in various colors.
We have blue, white, and blue-and-white.
