Way out in the desert at a job site after hours, I let my dog go, and he bolted. After chasing him a couple of hundred yards off the site in the desert I saw him about 50 feet away. I laid down on the ground and moaned. He looked, and ran after a quail.

Finally had to act like I was dying and eating.
