A men's fashion sense question:
I'm wearing blue jeans and a t-shirt right now, and it's over 70 degrees F here in MN, and I want to wear sandals. I was wondering: Should a man like me wear socks with his sandals or no socks with his sandals? What's the appropriate dress code for a man and sandals?

Discuss.

2. It depends. Are you at work?
If so, I think folks would appreciate socks.

4. Never!
If it's a situation in which you need socks, then wear shoes.

13. Socks and sandals -- it's like a belt with suspenders.
Really a good look . . . if you're trying for nerd of the year award.

Tube socks or dress socks are not OK.

And don't pull them up to your knees.

20. NO SOCKS WITH SANDALS EVER.
EVER.

There is no excuse, point OR reason to EVER wear socks with sandals.

If your sandals are uncomfortable to the point where socks make the sandals more comfortable, YOU BOUGHT THE WRONG SANDALS. Throw them away and spend real money on real sandals.
