4. In a totalitarian state, the comedians are the closest thing to a free pres
But Jay Leno has spanked Bush good. Made damning observation of Bush and Cheney throwing out pitches on opening day while our soldiers died in Iraq. One couldn't imagine Lincoln or any truly wartime President in American history or even Clinton/Gore not being on top of this "revolt" in Iraq.

5. Not True...
In due respect, LBJ never missed an opening day while Vietnam was going full tilt...and Nixon never missed a Redskins game. Sports was puposely left going during both WWI and WWII as a morale builder for the nation.

That said, Leno has taken some wicked shots at this regime as well as all the Democrats. He claims he's impartial, his wife is very liberal (Mavis was at the forefront of Afghan women's rights while BushCo. was funneling money to the Taliban)...and claims to be "equal opportunity".

Leno lost me with his non-stop Clinton crap way beyond the inquisition and still to this very day. Meanwhile he supported his good friend, Ahnuld, who did far worse and didn't say boo about that.

I'm very content on watching TDS followed by Letterman followed by Conan and then popping on Kimmel for a few minutes. As far as Leno...except for headlines on Monday...nothing to see or hear here.
