Exclusive: Black Keys and Steve Buscemi Return to 'SNL'
Blues rockers and 'Boardwalk Empire' star will appear on December 3rd episode

Rolling Stone has learned that blues-rock duo the Black Keys have been booked as the musical guest for the December 3rd episode of Saturday Night Live, with host Steve Buscemi. The band, who will be promoting their seventh album, El Camino, will have the rare distinction of appearing on the show twice in the same year; their first time on the long-running sketch series was on the January 8th episode with host Jim Carrey.

Buscemi, who currently stars in the HBO series Boardwalk Empire, is also a returning guest, but hasn't hosted the show since the April 4th, 1998 episode with Third Eye Blind. 1. I still remember that '98 episode, probably because it was one of the last times I've seen SNL

Buscemi was great, and it was clear that the cast and writers loved him. He was in way more sketches than hosts normally do.

5. I don't know much about the Black Keys

but I love me some Steve Buscemi.



I used to have a vendor who employed a sales rep who was a cousin of Steve Buscemi. And I believed him too - he looked EXACTLY like him except 200 pounds heavier.

Round Buscemi was a trip and took us to good lunches. I miss that guy.
