2. I think you could bail it with either twine or wire. Twine seems more environmentally friendly

4. Possession with intent to distribute, felony charge
I would assume bail would be set at at least $100K.

5. Two points that need to be clarified first:
.
.
.
.
.:
.
.
.
The first from Google: Did you mean a good bail or a good bale for 55 pounds of pot?
.
.
.
.

.

.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
The second question is from me: Is the charge for that 55 pounds of pot one of possession for distribution or simply "personal use"?

10. I didn't know you could bail out pot, but I'd go in for $250-$300 per pound
at least... ;)

(If this is about a friend, I hope it works out.)

12. One big piece of rolling paper (a bong might be better than bailing it)
Just make sure you already have all the snacks you will need for a while, perhaps some video games or movies too.

13. Depends on the
political climate in your state and area concerning marijuana. I got arrested 22 years ago for selling 2 ounces and was put under a $60,000 cash bond.....and of course did not get booked until after 5 on a Friday so I spent the weekend in jail.

15. Wow,
If that type of operation was busted around here, the bond would be in excess of $100,000. Around here the local law enforcement are also firm believers in seizing all property assets they legally can, up to and including homes.
If the operation was sophisticated enough to have CO2 feeds and humidifiers, etc.....I feel sure there was some type of air circulating exhaust system with charcoal and water filters. Properly set up, these eliminate the odor while running under slight negative pressure that allows no odor to escape through entry access leaks. It is without fail, 99% of the time, when an indoor grow operation is found out and busted, it is because someone ratted, not because someone smelled it.
