What's for dinner tonight DU. I had garlic butter tiger shrimp to start and a chicken caesar salad
for the main course. It was great.

1. sounds really good. Leave the chicken off the ceasar and I'm
100% there.

Not sure about dinner yet. Maybe some veggies and pasta. :shrug:

8. Fried pork chop and fried potatoes.
I can feel my arteries clogging now... Yummm!

Actually, I had never made anything fried and talked my dad into showing me how he makes his awesome fried pork chops. Not too bad for my first time. It was much easier than I thought it would be. I'm usually more of a baker, but I'm finding that I enjoy cooking meals too.

11. Veggie lasagna!
It's almost lunchtime here and I'm going out to Jimmy John's subs.
Last night I had a vegan lasagna with home made vegan ricotta, egg plant, mushrooms, and peppers.
Tonight I don't know what I'm having yet. I might have to go to the grocery store on the way home.
