The realtor just called and told us that they have another offer on the house. And our mortgage banker is off today so we can't get our letter or anything else.

If I lose this house I'm going to be SO pissed.

This is the one we were originally to look at but the realtor misunderstood the address as she did not know this one had come onto the market. It's a bigger yard, but not nearly as nicely landscaped. We will see what's in the house when we get there.
