Favorite scenes from The Big Bang Theory

Inspired by the recent thread about lines from The Wire, how about one from The Big Bang Theory?

I'll start, with one that just popped into my head and made me laugh:

Sheldon and Leonard are talking about their roommate contract and mention one clause about how if either of them ever invents time-travel, that they will appear to them in the next few seconds. They both then pause expectantly, then disappointed.

Someone correct it if I have decribed it wrong, but it is FUNNY!

3. The scene when Sheldon first met Amy Farrah Fowler

Howard and Raj had put Sheldon's info into a computer dating site, and when Amy showed up, they couldn't believe that there was actually a female Sheldon out there. I think one of them said something like, "Oh no, what have we done?" And the conversation between Sheldon and Amy was priceless. (And Raj 'blackmailing' Sheldon into showing up by telling him he hid a dirty sock in Sheldon's apartment--the whole episode was great!)

6. Speaking of Sheldon and Amy

The other night the episode where Amy asks Sheldon to meet her mother was on. He takes one of the numbers off the apartment building hoping she won't be able to find the place. Then there she is at the door, Sheldon freaks out and tells Leonard to tell her he's not there, so Leonard answers the door, tells her that Sheldon isn't there and she says "OK" and walks away. Then Sheldon is trying to leave and she is still downstairs, so he puts on a disguise to try to sneak past her.

That show cracks me up.
