was in a kind of bad neighborhood that had recently started an upswing. In big spray-painted letters, it said, "I *heart* gentrification". Apparently even taggers are happy when their neighborhood gets better. :rofl:

5. Many years ago

I was working at National Semiconductor and there was a stall in the men's room that had tiled walls. Written in the tiny spaces (grout) between the tiles was every possible word containing 'tile' (ductile, erectile, exsertile, etc.) that could be thought of. Nerdly humor apropos for a tech company. This was in the days before the internet or at least the web which tends to render such diversions moot: http://www.morewords.com/contains/tile
