I'm drinking my own variation of an Old Fashioned
2 oz Maker's Mark
1 oz Sweet and Sour
1 Tangerine, peeled and separated
3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 Bing Cherry

Take the stuff listed above, mix in a glass, and then strain, making sure to get as much tangerine and cheery juice as possible

Serve over Ice

Don Draper would be proud

1. Scotch Old fashions are always my Christmas drink.
Too sweet for my everyday taste, but perfect by the fire at Christmas.

2. When Barney died, he made everyone at his funeral drink O.F.s
He was a friend of Mom and Dad's, and had a lot of drinking buddies. His widow had rented out the Country Club restaurant with an open bar for the wake.
Each table had setups and instructions, and when everybody made one, they all drank one. To Barney.
They were his favorite and he would have liked it that way.

True story. Just last weekend. Kinda cool.
