3. It actually was centered closer to WV than DC.
Epicenter was in Mineral, VA: 87mi from DC due W and 45mi from Richmond due NW.

My friends and family are saying they felt it as far away as Brockton, MA and Bristol, CT.

Clever picture. Bloomberg news has not shut up about it since they felt it. They just don't get earthquakes out there.

9. ty, the roffles I needed...
Things fell off of all the shelves in our house!!! I've picked most of it up already, only one pottery got broken.

I have never felt anything like this, I'm still scared..

got a 5.3 near Trinidad, and several after shocks through the morning.
