Our secretary came into work, still cranked from last night.
She just turned 21,yesterday. The owner's here are pretty cool,so there will not be any problems. She was slurring her words this morning. Now she looks pretty tired.

1. She didn't take the day after her 21st birthday off?
Silly girl.

2. You learn that trick with both age and experience.
You have to survive "that morning after" a time or two before you get smart and realize how important vacation scheduling skills really are.

4. The bosses are cool with this because . . .
they did the same thing when they turned 21. Doesn't everybody? My brother's 21st birthday party is still a family legend.

5. We could drink at 18, so since most were sneaking at 15, no big deal
Seems there is so much more binge drinking now then 30 some years ago
