This land is currently being used for growing hay for cattle but a great business could be started small with plenty of room to grow (pun intended). I would like to lease out this land to someone who has an eye toward future changes and growth. I don't want someone to just pitch a tepee, throw out some seeds and carry buckets of water. This is a sizable piece of property, isolated enough for security but close enough to have easy access for cultivation. Water is available with some investment in extending piping with room for growth and a commercial well that can be pressed into service when the need arrives. Start small---grow with need.
