3. it looks exactly like the first one
Just pretending they're Norwegian, so it can be called a prequel instead of a remake. I even saw a shot of a dog in a cage, so I'm sure we'll get a remake of the scene were the "dog" attacks the other, normal dogs.

8. Not the best idea to judge a film by the trailer, but
pretty, albeit smart brave woman facing down a monster. Probably an argument about child raising techniques; if they get in the middle of that cage match, men always get killed.

Guys yucking it up, "Don't worry your pretty little head about it. We can handle it."

Finally, "Ducts! Why is it always ducts?"

4. you can see the Norwegian flag in the beginning of the trailer
though everyone of course speaks in perfect American English.

Straw Dogs
Final Destination 5
and to round things out well

An Eddie Murphy movie that has sat on the shelf for THREE YEARS!!!!!

A few possible gems are still being made but few and far between.
