Good follow-up to the public rest-room etiquette thread, thank you. And to those women who also use the toilet paper strips to line the seat, get rid of em when ya leave the stall!! (I believe someone mentioned that the proper term for this is "nesting".)

But yeah, I hear ya. I use too many public restrooms, I travel a lot and this never fails to confound me. Maybe I'm a neat freak or something, but how can you NOT turn around and see that thing? Don't you flush?? Even if it's an automatic flusher-thingy, how would this escape your attention?? It's not like there's a lot to distract a person in that stall - no fine art, lovely music, or dinner show going on.
