Unsigned Canadian band The Sheepdogs earns spot on cover of Rolling Stone

Canada's rock band of the moment is feeling anything but sheepish: come Friday, The Sheepdogs will join the likes of John Lennon, Bob Dylan, and Neil Young in gracing the cover of Rolling Stone magazine.

The Saskatoon quartet learned Monday that it won a spot on the cover of Rock music's most famous magazine by beating out 15 other unsigned acts
