1. Maybe your operating system somehow misinterprets a key code?
Like, perhaps the system is confused about which keyboard type you're using? Or maybe an operating system file has become corrupted?

Try rebooting. More sophisticated fixes will require info about your OS and perhaps about your make/model

Maybe your keyboard is going wonky or a usb port is going wonky. Have you tried plugging the keyboard into a different usb port or tried a different keyboard? Or, if a laptop, have you tried plugging a usb keyboard intothe laptop to see if you have the same problem

Maybe your machine is overheating and the RAM or cpu gets wonky? Is the thing frickin hot?

Dunno. Basically, you've given us nothing to work with

2. Could be a crumb or tiny dust blob stuck in your keyboard

Turn it over and tap the underside gently, see if anything falls out. Look between keys and poke out any stuff with a thin toothpick.
I took our Mac keyboards' keys off (after my son photographed the keyboards) and cleaned everything and snapped 'em back on.
My hubby had keys that were doing weird things and that cured it.
