do your eyeglasses make dents in your head behind the ears?
I have to figure something out to keep my glasses from making dents in my headbone.

1. If you got them from an optometrist
take them back and they adjust them. If not,it depends on what the "arms" are made of.

Seriously though, I'd say you either have too heavy a frame/lens combo or they aren't adjusted properly. I wear a titanium half frame with progressive lenses and they don't leave marks like most of my older frames did.

7. Dents in my nose, dents on the side of my head, but
I can't see behind my ears so I am not going to worry about that. I am told that they can't get them adjusted any better.

When I was young, they had some many different measurements for glasses and you could get the exact fit for your head. And the frames were cheaper then. Today they cost a fortune and it is "one size fits all".
