8. It sounds like she was diabetic.

I wondered how old she was, too.

My brother is diabetic, and he had a mild stroke at fifty-one. I was shocked, because he takes his care very seriously. For some reason his blood pressure spiked.

Diabetes can be a nasty disease indeed.

Of course I am speculating. Maybe someone will have more info about her later. She will be missed.

we seemed to be close to the same age, I remember a conversation about Phx area gay bars in the 80s and we seemed to know some of the same ones

22. I found one from a few years ago where she mentioned a heart condition

She asked everyone to wear red to work, to spread the word about women's heart disease. In that post, she mentioned something about a heart condition, though she did not say what it was.
