I'm ready for a "Rocky Horror Picture Show" fix. The world
today is so discouraging I feel that movie would do wonders for me.

I remember my son going to a midnight showing in late 70's and I thought he was nuts.

Then I saw it myself and loved it.

Saw Tim Curry recently in a "Criminal Minds" repeat(he played an absolutely terrifying, ugly guy) and I've been thinking about the movie since then.

1. Maybe this'll help; either it'll fix your fix, or ensure you never want one again:

Me as Eddie in the Floor Show of The Vogue Theater, Louisville, Kentucky, circa 1993.

And some of my...um...fan club...

5. It was. It was a fantastic experience.
Nothing like it. And it helped me to become the gay-friendly liberal that I am today...

3. Can I assume then, that you are a wild and an untamed thing?
That you're a bee with a deadly sting?

I love that movie. I can't help it. I saw it in therater a few times when it came out and lots and lots on TV since. The first time I saw Tim Curry come down that elevator, I swear my life changed. LOL!

Don't dream it. Be it.

12. I'm lucky (You're lucky. We're ALL LUCKY!) in that I actually took h.s. kids to the play & movie!
And at one of the latter showings, some(cool) parents sat behind us!

Now I guess I'd be hauled in for "moral turpitude"! :-)

I saw the musical in London becasue I was there as chaperone to a h.s. group, and our Tour Leader recommended it as "something to do"! So I'm the proud owner of a couple souvenirs from that 1978 event.

See where it says "Longest Running....Allentown, PA" Yep! That's the first one!

(I also took some students to see the movie in Munich!)
