I just read about Dan Blocker. Raging liberal. Moved his family to Lugano, Switzerland (which is a few miles form here) after opposing the Vietnam war. Hey, what's not to like! Also, he was the only one on the show (playing the dim-wit) with a graduate degree. :)

Darn childhood memories. I always liked him best.
