1. Thank you for this link, my dear Swede...
Rickman played Snape to icy perfection.

He was simply brilliant. It doesn't hurt that the man is gorgeous, either!

So, the movies are almost over, done with...

*sigh*

2. So, you were unsuccessful in your application to be Professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts?
"Obviously."

Not many actors could do that word justice.

5. I'd put Alan Rickman in my "stars you're a little embarrassed to have a crush on" category.
This letter doesn't help me resolve that crush one bit.

6. Col. Brandon
He has been on my list of boyfriend's since I saw him as Col. Brandon in Sense and Sensibility! Of course, Tobin S is my #1 boyfriend...

8. He was a lot more interesting in Robin Hood than Kevin Costner.

9. Absolutely...
In fact, I read that Costner hated him because he was showing him up as filming was going on, and demanded that a great deal of AR's scenes be cut from the movie. Didn't matter, he still showed Costner up.

12. I liked his Hans Gruber in Die Hard

much more than his Sheriff of Nottingham in Robin Hood. Hans Gruber is one of my all-time favorite movie villains, though.

11. That wouldn't be hard to do...
I think Costner is a terrible actor. He always sounds like he's reading his lines.

13. Costner is lousy

and was miscast as Robin Hood. I think he does well in the right role, but those are few & far between - Eliot Ness in the Untouchables called for him to be bland and unemotional.
