2. This is a very common fruit seasoning powder found in most supermarkets here in Tucson.

The label LOOKS like the packaging I see all the time, but I'm not 100% sure.

It's simply ground chile peppers and ground dried limes.

I love lime -- it can perk up the flavor of almost anything -- but the thought of chile powder on fruit doesn't do it for me.
