3. I drowned when I was 6 or 7
Fire Hole Wyoming, mid August. I got stuck under an underwater overhang. I eventualy washed free and came up downstream aways.

Not sure I would be willing to call it a near death experience, but I don't discount them after what I experienced.

Does that count?
