Look for it when the herbs hit your garden center. It LOOKS like broad-leaf parsley and grows like it (other than being an annual), but it TASTES like celery and is great when you just want a little of that flavor but don't feel like chopping celery. We use it fresh when it is in season, but it also freezes and dries well. I've grown it for several years now and it will be in the garden again this year.
