In the world of "This is just wrong" - Real Tattoos for kids (even babies)
I've never had an issue with Tattoos and personally I have considered getting one, but pretty much chicken out because of my hatred for needles.

But this is so wrong - putting real ink on children even if the parents approve. I mean, this poor kid gets a tattoo (and some of these are just babies) and then they are stuck with it for life. Geez, how would you like to be the kid in college stuck with a "Strawberry Shortcake" tattoo.

Sorry, this is absolutely wrong especially for small children because those tattoos are something they have for life and the kid may grow to resent the parent when they get older.

Am I the only one who feels this way?

1. I'm with you!
I'd hate to have a tattoo that was put on my body for life, without my input.

3. Dead Wrong
As someone with a tattoo, I would NEVER condone someone inking up their kid, especially a baby! I don't even like it when babies have pierced ears!

So wrong...What's that tattoo gonna look like when the child grows? Can you say stretch?

4. That is sick!
It is so much an invasion of the child's body. Ought to be illegal.

5. I think this is probably a joke
Here is a sample from their FAQ's:

"Can you take a check from my overdrawn account that I closed 2 years ago?
No. We accept cash and major credit cards."

Also, they have special "Junior Needles"?

And no mention of any kind of release a parent would need to sign.

6. Is this real?
The kids in the pictures don't seem to be in pain.
Of course they could be staged pics.

If it IS real then yes I think it's WRONG. But I also think it's wrong to circumcise boys.

7. take a deep breath, now
Just a joke, folks:

THE PLAYHOUSE GOTCHA!!!

For April Fool's Day, the Playhouse created and promoted a fake website called "Baby Ink". The website showed children getting real tattoos. We even brought in a fake tattoo artist and pretended to tattoo a baby live on the air...in the end we revealed our joke! Click here to see the baby tattoo website!
