Got Papa Murphy's Pizza in your town?
Fantastic.
Best pizza I've ever had.
Fresh made and you take home to bake.
Unlimited combos.
yum

1. Just down the road -- I think it's good pizza too
I won't say it's the best I've ever had, but it's good -- and certainly better than the delivery chains :)

4. In Honolulu, take 'n' bake pizza is to be obtained at Pizza In The Raw in the Kaimuki neighborhood
haven't actually had it (it opened after I left), but one look at the proprietor would convince you... :loveya: Also, her huisband  was the chef at a well-known restaurant, so the food's probably good, too. :-)

7. Nope, none here in Greenville or Brevard (or Bend, OR - my summer gig).
That I know of, I should add. Maybe I should swing through Fairhope for a pizza pie on my way to Oregon in May.

8. I use to love Papa Murphy's. Now wife is gluten and dairy free though....
so our pizza options are VERY limited. :)

Usually now we just make our own calzones at home. There are some very good gluten free pizza crusts out there, but there are NO good cheese substitutes good enough for pizza.

9. Nope. And I certainly wouldn't want to bake it myself.
I want to take it home and eat it immediately. My oven sucks and I shudder to think how the pizza would come out. And isn't pizza supposed to be baked in special, super-hot ovens?

10. Now I had one just open about a mile from my work...
I tried it earlier this week and liked it. BTW, the temp they reccoment baking the pizzas at is 425 (Exept for the stuffed pizzas which they say to bake at 375) 425 is about par for the course for making a frozen pizza.

12. Yup!

There's one about two blocks away from us. I like their pizza the best so far. I've only been here for four years,(Idaho) and I'm originally from NJ. I'm a big fan of John's Pizza in NYC, or a locally owned pizzeria in NJ. NOTHING in Idaho compares, but Papa Murphy's is the best so far.

Someone on DU told me to use a pizza stone with Papa Murphy's, and I've yet to try it, but I plan getting a stone, SOON!

Why is it that no one can make a pizza like a NY-er?

13. It's good, but you can frequently get someone else's already baked pizza for the same price
As take and bake goes, it;s very good. And, since it's considered a grocery item instead of carry out food, one can use EBT to purchase it.
