I've been working for an organization for about 14 months that has a serious staff culture issue. It's like all the staff have battered spouse syndrome. It also has (and this is related) serious organizational and leadership issues. It's been heartbreaking, because it's an ideal position in so many other ways. I have tried to influence positive change, but when it comes down to it, the co-founders/co-directors don't want change.

Anyway, I have a phone interview for a position (my title, my exact experience required) with an organization with a great reputation that I would love to be a part of. It also pays better and has better benefits. I need this. My family needs this.
