2. As a person, Lee Marvin was anything but gentlemanly.
But, as that was a movie, sure he should have done the right thing. However, it was also a clip used as a mashup to Steve Reich's minimalist music, so we'll never know why it happened the way it did (short of watching the movie it's from.) ;)
