In my case, it's really "Anything but Brie". Don't know what it is about Brie, but I just don't care for the stuff. I love a most cheeses, but especially sharp, stinky cheeses...Gorgonzola, Bleu, feta, sharp cheddar, Asiago, Havarti, Cotija...

Just kidding!!! Honestly, I consider it a HUGE embarrassment to our nation. On parr w/Micky D's, KFC and Pizza Hut.

Seriously though, it was hard to choose, because I love all of the listed, but in different ways, depending on what I'm eating w/it. Cheese is pretty much the only way i get any sort of dairy product in my diet.
