3. Oh, dear CHRIST -- that is one of the most horrendous things I've ever heard.

And it's not that I fault people for liking the song (though why I'll never be able to fathom). No, it's that YouTube is full of comments under Willow's video, as well as hordes of videos made by "fans," which try and elevate her to something greater than peanut butter and sliced bread!

Time and again I jump in and ask exactly what is so hugely talented about a young girl repeating the same few lines over and over, while some audio engineer autotuned the whole thing into what sounds to me like an android Smurf. I ask them to just take a wild guess how many real young musical geniuses are out there who deserve a recording contract -- or at the very least a guarantee of many years of expert training should they want it -- but are living in poverty rather than having a parent who's a multi-millionaire superstar.

Then I'm either called a bunch of names or ignored.
