3. I thought he was great in Casino Royale.
It's definitely in my top 3 favorite Bond films. But Quantum of Solace left a really bad taste in my mouth. I'm hoping the next isn't quite so nihilistic.

5. Why did so many people not like Quantum of Solace?
It's my favorite Bond film so far. It created an arch-enemy for the modern age, did all the Bond jet-setting of the past, had a plot a hell of a lot smarter than any of the other films, and for a change showed a human side of Bond without him ever losing the world-saving superspy element. It was like the spy Ian Fleming created mixed with the intelligence of John le Carre. Heck, it even had a liberal edge, with the despicable villains trying to tear apart countries for profit by destroying and controlling resources.

Not sure what was nihilistic about it, and for the life of me I don't get why others didn't like it. Then again, that's a normal for state for me. :)

8. Both are in my personal Best Bonds list.
I really can't see them returning to the latter goofy Moore Bonds. Austin Powers drove a stake through that style. Though some of the earlier Moore's, like Man With the Golden Gun, were good.

Craig is tied Connery as best Bond. I'm waiting for one more to give him the top spot.

9. I hope they get a really rocking theme song and soundtrack. I love the hype
surrounding Bond, all the gadgets and gizmos. Hoping for some awesome special effects and a nasty, dastardly deadly villain :bounce:
