Lately I have been on youtube watching old episodes of the tv series KUNG FU. A friend told me about them, so I have been checking them out. (I am also aware of the controversy in regards to Bruce Lee, however it doesn't make these programs less enjoyable. Plus it was stated, that this program gave many Asian American actors a chance to shine.) The shows were well written, and I can see why there was once a large fan base of this program. It seemed almost a head of its time...

For what it's worth, there aren't a lot of Shaolin monks named Cain. I think it's a biblical reference.

Nothing, of course, explains why Chinese culture features deadly Kabuki assassins.
