Has anyone ever tried a low-sulfite diet?
I tested positive for a sulfite sensitivity years ago, but never made much of an effort to avoid sulfites, as they're in everything and I didn't have any obvious reactions. Now, I have chronic migraines, and I've heard sulfites can be a migraine trigger, so I'm thinking that might be the culprit.

I'm not really asking for medical advice, as I'm pretty much already decided that I'm going to reduce my sulfite intake. The question is, what foods should I be avoiding? I know I should avoid wine, grape juice, and dried fruits, but what else?
