A Hero to Remember: Harry Bridges
This past weekend I picked up a free paper that talked about San Francisco combating the McCarthy Goons. Also was a story on how the longshoremen were able to get a union-ILWU-led by Harry Bridges and the general strike in the 1930's in July which closed down the whole city.

I was so impressed I did some research and found this little article you all might enjoy (It's about 12 pages long). Wish we had more like him.
