True Story:

I was behind a man in a pickup truck on my way to work this morning. I saw the man throw out a piece of litter, so I speeded up to give him the "evil eye". It chaps me when people have the nerve to throw out trash on the highways, just expecting someone else to pick it up!

When I got close enough to give him said evil eye, I noticed a Palin bumper sticker on the truck.

Need I say more?

Litter has fallen on the ground many times throughout history, and there is no proof that what you say you saw was anything unusual.
