I ate the ***very best**** sandwich ever today.
Mozarella Cheese, Tomato and Basil on a crusty french roll. mmmmMMMMmmmm. And I didn't have to make it. Picked it up at the produce store while shopping today. :hi:

3. Sounds good
I like feta, sliced red onions, kalamata olives, tomato slices on a hard, french roll (drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and oregano over the top before closing the sandwich.

Great for those craving salt days :-).

4. Those are really good toasted, with olive oil.
I bet garlic and pine nuts sprinkled on top would be even nicer.
