Who else digs Yankee Candles! What's your favorite Scent?
I love Clean Cotton and Green Grass.

But I also dig any of the Pear or Apple scents too!!!

Bar none they are the best candles out there, their scents are great but not overpowering and they last forever.

Who else loves Yankee Candles?

3. Hydrangea, lilac
Vanilla cookie, the ocean scented ones...mmmm.

We gave out Yankee Candles as favors at our wedding. The factory is near where I went to college and is a fun place to visit.

6. They are great!
I like the cinnamon ones, but they are all wonderful.

I try to get them 50% off at Kohl's. Still, they are the ONLY candle I will pay full price for, if I have to. They do last longer than any candle I've seen.

7. Yeah, good stuff.
And that store of theirs in northern Connecticut, or is it Vermont?, is one heck of a fun tourist trap. Wall Drug ain't got nothing on that place.

9. Buttercream, Vanilla Cookie, and Spiced Pumpkin.
I like the ones that smell like food, rather than the citrus-y, piney, or floral types.

My mother is a freak over Clean Cotton, it gives me a sinus headache like you wouldn't believe!

10. OOH I love Yankee Candle oil
it's meant for potpourri. I caught my cat singeing his tail on a candle once and don't dare burn them now.

A great substitute is an electric potpourri pot filled with water and a couple drops of the oil. Clean Cotton and Sage&Citrus are my favorites.

12. I Buy 'Em
Mostly i get the scents my wife likes. She likes the cinnamon, the apple pie, vanilla, peach, and stuff like that.

Then when the wicks get too hard to deal with, i dig them out, and my rec room gets whatever candle she's bored with.

I'm not as fussy as her.

BTW: Did you get my PM?

13. Lilac
and Hydrangea for me too. Although right now I'm doing Tulip. I try to match the season. Don't like the food smells very much, because I don't want to smell food constantly, even when it smells good.
